Welcome to Philadelphia’s first zero-dollar, independent mayoral campaign built on working-class grit to end decades of political incompetency that works against streamlining new projects.
Thomas Paine
This campaign offers an independent, zero-dollar movement built on working-class grit to end decades of political incompetency and uniparty rule.
This section outlines our exact strategy to flip City Hall by backing the police, freezing property taxes, clearing out drug markets, and restoring common sense.
We are tearing down City Hall’s endless bureaucratic roadblocks and enforcing strict 30-day deadlines so hardworking Philadelphians finally get a green light.
William Penn

Welcome to the only mayoral platform in Philadelphia history built without a single dime of corporate money, special interest cash, party machine grease, or political stunts. We gave city leaders and the uniparty, decades; it's time to end incompetency. If you came here looking for polished, focus-group-tested soundbites or another career politician telling you what you want to hear while your neighborhood crumbles, you are on the wrong page. It’s about common sense and a blueprint to rescue the city we love. Philadelphia wasn't built by line-item bureaucrats sitting in high-rise offices; She was forged by patriots who defended Her, working-class muscle, rowhouse stoops, mom-and-pop store owners, and people who refused to back down when the odds were stacked against them. What you are about to read isn't a list of empty campaign promises—it is a declaration of freedom for every single block from Byberry down to the Navy Yard. If you want safe streets, clean neighborhoods, lower waste, better schools, accountable government, affordable rent, support for vulnerable populations, and a stronger local economy, then by all means, share it with your neighbors, focus on the policies you like, and let’s get to work.

Here is what I am actually going to do to flip this city around from top to bottom and turn City Hall upside down on its ass. We’re backing the blue to end the revolving-door bail system that coddles criminals while stripping power away from corrupt political insiders. We’re shutting down open-air drug markets, clearing out sidewalk squalor, and moving the unhoused into mandatory recovery so they stop dying on the pavement. We’re freezing residential property taxes and if possible lowering them to make renting and owning affordable, and on top of that, slashing crushing wage and business income levies to bring back prosperity, and auditing every municipal agency to strip out waste, fraud, and abuse. We’re restoring discipline and parental rights in our schools while equipping kids with real academic, vocational and life skills so that they will be tired of winning after they graduate. We’re unleashing free enterprise, launching a bold new tourism campaign, and monetizing idle infrastructure to lower utility bills and bring beaucoup bucks back to working families. We are reviving William Penn’s green country town by expanding tree canopies and vibrant greenways engineered to actively divert stormwater, protect our streets from natural disasters, and secure our infrastructure. At the same time, we are cutting out climate activism nonsense to focus strictly on real-world engineering that fills our potholes and keeps the city moving making it travel friendly. Every exact detail, policy breakdown, and step-by-step plan is right here on this website so you can see how we win. That is the mission—throwing out the machine, tearing down backroom deals, and running government on working-class common sense. I am ruthless and am pissed at what this city has become that is why I am doing this completely free. Philadelphians will not break, they will not bend, and they will ever, ever give up. I will be there at every corner to go to bat for this city and bring Philly back so that you will be proud to LOVE Philadelphia again!

Let me start by saying that there’s nothing that bothers me more than big government. The term "red tape" simply means the useless rules, endless paperwork, and constant delays that stand between you and getting things done in this city. Hard working people, especially those that want a startup, sometimes wait years to even hear an answer from the city. In Philly, it’s what happens when a rowhome owner waits months for a basic repair permit, or a neighborhood shopkeeper spends thousands of dollars just to hang a sign outside. City Hall has built a maze of duplicate fees and slow-moving rubber stamps that favor politically connected insiders while punishing everyday working people trying to make an honest living. We are going to chop through this gridlock with plain common sense: enforcing strict 30-day decision deadlines at L&I, scrapping duplicate fees, and clearing out useless regulations. If a rule doesn't directly keep people safe or make our blocks better, it goes straight into the trash where it belongs. While past administrations wrapped this city in miles of red tape, my administration will operate strictly on Green Tape—simple, clear standards designed to give honest Philadelphians a green light instead of a roadblock. I refuse to be another bureaucrat hiding behind a mountain of paperwork; I am going to be Philadelphia's Green-Light Mayor.
