This section exposes the gross incompetence and mismanagement rotting City Hall from the inside out, detailing how broken promises and abandoned common sense have left our streets lawless and our families bearing the burden.

City government operates like a broken box flap while politicians break tax promises and leave empty police cars on our blocks, proving a total collapse of basic common sense.
Reckless mismanagement drives out small businesses, leaves storefronts empty, and fuels open-air lawlessness, demanding a hard return to socioeconomic sanity and absolute accountability.
Restoring fiscal conservatism is demanding the accountability of City Hall insiders. We are eliminating administrative waste, capping debt, and tying municipal labor productivity to real performance.

Operating with zero-dollar dependence to eliminate corruption, stand with hardworking union members, and channel every saved dollar into our core municipal priorities.

Our city has collapsed and we all know it. Our current Philadelphia government works about as good as “the press-and-release flap” on an Entenmann's box. Why are we leaving empty police cars on our streets? Because we’ve cancelled common sense, that’s why. They pile on insane taxation—having promised no new taxes and going back on those promises—and those taxes go nowhere while forcing working families to shoulder every burden. Honestly, the political leadership running things acts about as incompetent as someone who can’t spell the name of our Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S. How can a Mayor who doesn’t even know how to spell, be in charge of a major school district in the United States?

Center City is known as “Center Shitty” for a reason. It is where some of our greatest mayors came from and how over the past few decades leaders have ruined it. Mismanagement is why we can't have nice things, why new businesses leave as fast as they come, why there are more and more empty storefronts, why destitution is rampant, why some of our teenagers act lawlessly because of a lack of accountability, why we’re an open market for illegal drugs, why our most vulnerable are getting killed, and why dirtbikes do whatever the Hel they want to do while law-abiding citizens are being ticketed insane amounts for driving a few miles over the speed limit. Our responsibility is to bring true socioeconomic sanity back to City Hall and hold every single department accountable for where our hard-earned dollars go. We need to stand in firm, steadfast opposition to the policies that’ve decapitated this city and continue to leave more unseen cracks in our Liberty Bell.

If we are going to refund our police, rebuild our neighborhoods and put money into common sense programs, we have to stop City Hall from acting like a bottomless slush fund for career politicians and bloated bureaucracies. Fiscal conservatism means refusing to let unchecked administrative payrolls and runaway municipal debt drain the hard-earned tax dollars of everyday Philadelphians. To achieve this, we will execute an immediate, rigorous line-item audit across every municipal agency to strip out decades of administrative waste, ghost jobs, and bloated no-bid contracts. Simultaneously, we will cap executive agency spending, regulate the issuance of new public debt, and restructure retirement obligations so fixed overhead stops draining the general fund. Finally, we will tie municipal labor union contract productivity directly to performance benchmarks, ensuring city workers actively support asset monetization and streamlined service delivery rather than draining the budget.

We cannot tax our way to prosperity while businesses and working families continue fleeing to the suburbs. If we keep increasing taxation we will be worse off than New Jersey. The rich will leave and the poor people will be left to foot the billand that is exactly what happens in third world socialist countries. To spark organic economic growth, we will cut the crushing City Wage Tax and the Business Income and Receipts Tax, reversing business flight and letting our revenue base expand naturally through free-market enterprise rather than penalizing a shrinking population. I have set up every single one of my points with two things in mind. First, how do we make taxation so insignificant that no one notices? Second, how do we generate insane amounts of money so that the people aren’t left to “pay for it all”? Empathy has no impact on finances and because of this I will end any and all possible sanctuary city policies and enforce federal immigration laws. ICE will be welcome in Philadelphia with open arms. Once my business plan takes effect, we drive up baseline hourly wages for working-class citizens, turn on the job availability faucet and increase the supply of affordable housingacross our neighborhoods for legal residents and those in the legalization process. Think of it like this. I run an international emergency hermit crab hotline. The question we get most is, “How can I set a terrarium up and forget about it just enough to maintain it?” Decades of disastrous policies socialist policies have ruined this city. We automatically flip those policies back to capitalism, in a sense, “set up the tank”; then all you need to do is maintain that system, in a sense, replace the water, change the food, etc. It’s a win/win for the Hermit Crabs and Philadelphians. That’s why capitalism works which you’ll learn more about in the next section, Private Enterprise.

Economic Reform starts by breaking the corrupt cycle of special-interest funding and backroom deal making that has choked City Hall for decades. I’ll always go-to-bat for the hardworking union members who build and maintain our city—ensuring they are respected and fairly compensated. While we will always fight for the hardworking union members who build and maintain our city—ensuring they are respected and fairly compensated—we will never get bullied by entrenched union bosses or politically connected NGOs whose bloated, taxpayer-fleecing contracts hold our budget hostage. We knew the character of Cherelle Parker immediately, when at the beginning of her term, she ordered all city workers to physically come back to work but then bowed down to the bullies that told her that you aren’t in charge. If you aren’t a master negotiator, don’t run for office. By me operating with absolute zero-dollar dependence and accepting zero special-interest money, our administration is never shackled to donor kickbacks, political payoffs, or bullies at the bargaining table and my message is simple, “I can’t be bought!” We will fund school facility maintenance and civic landmark restoration like the Roundhouse using private historic preservation tax credits, philanthropic grants, and corporate sponsorships at zero cost to taxpayers. This is why we are inviting the rich and the wealthy to come back to Philly! Government should be an engine for public service, not a MAC machine for political insiders and unaccountable elites. When we cut out waste, fraud and refuse to play their rigged games, everyday Philadelphians finally get the city services they deserve to have. Finally, we will channel all saved funds and net-new revenue streams directly into our non-negotiable priorities: restoring our police force, fully stocking municipal defense and medical stockpiles, and ensuring my ideas, the ones you will vote for, are put in place.
