From Moyamensing Township to South Philadelphia

Year One

Year One of this administration’s strength will be to decisively shatter the culture of police impunity that’s paralyzed Philadelphia by instantly restoring rigorous law enforcement and fiscal sanity. We’ll waste no time executing a comprehensive safety blitz on Day One, deploying unambiguous tactical directives and additional cutting-edge non-lethal tools to back our officers while officially ending sanctuary city policies. All at once, we’ll institute a complete line-item audit of municipal spending, freeze residential property taxes, and aggressively cut punitive business taxes to signal to entrepreneurs that Philadelphia is finally open for business. Educational reform will take center stage as we appoint a new school board dedicated to rigorous academics, screen-free foundational learning, mandatory student uniforms, and strict discipline. Students will have every single tool needed to be proficient and competent in a challenging, unfair world. We’re bypassing uncooperative local prosecutors through strategic federal partnerships, we’re ensuring that violent offenders face immediate accountability, we’re laying an unshakeable foundation of safety and fiscal responsibility across every block.

Year Two

Year Two shifts our courage from emergency stabilization to aggressive neighborhood revitalization, tackling the quality-of-life crises and bureaucratic hurdles that have choked our commercial corridors. By this time, we will permanently neutralized coordinated flash mobs through advanced cyber-intelligence and strict curfews, while replacing our broken municipal complaint system with the lightning-fast, locally operated, brand new "Philly Fix It Hotline" and redesign 311. To combat urban decay, we’ll monetize thousands of rotted, city-owned properties through accelerated Land Bank auctions equipped with strict build-or-forfeit clauses, transforming blighted parcels into active tax-paying assets. We will also introduce contextual design guidelines to protect our historic rowhome architecture from out-of-town eyesores and launch the Philly Perks Network to dynamically boost local mom-and-pop commerce and instant affordability. This year is all about putting our people back on the clock, cleaning up our streetscapes, and proving that municipal government can actively uplift working families without crushing them under red tape.

Year Three

Year Three expands my vision toward institutional restoration, infrastructure edification, and long-term environmental and civic sustainability. We will officially reach our full staffing goal of 8,000 sworn, well-equipped officers through aggressive recruitment and retention incentives, ensuring our neighborhoods and commercial districts remain permanently secure. We will recover municipal sovereignty over our streets by dismantling the PPA's unconstitutional surveillance overreach, while simultaneously enacting the Philly Conservation Plan to expand tree canopies, protect natural watersheds, and restore William Penn's “green new town” vision. To fund these vital public enhancements without raising taxes, we will seek out private donors and monetize municipal rights-of-way through competitive digital billboard leasing, generating millions in passive quarterly revenue. Together with comprehensive wellness campaigns and youth-led beautification grants, Year Three grounds our transition from a struggling municipality into a self-sustaining, beautifully maintained economic powerhouse.

Year Four

Year Four brings the entirety of my wisdom to fruition, bonding a permanent cultural renaissance and ensuring that Philadelphia's hard-won stability stands the test of time. We will commit our gains by embedding permanent, trusted community beat cops in every sector, ensuring that law-abiding residents enjoy lasting peace of mind and criminals permanently stay away. We will proudly project our revitalized civic pride onto the global stage through the "Liberty Never Sleeps" campaign, flaring up our landmarks, renaming the South Street Bridge to the “Liberty Bridge”, and reinforcing February 15th as "215 Day"—a massive, weekend-long city holiday celebrating our diverse neighborhoods. By restructuring our schools in channeling our youth directly into high-paying building trades and manufacturing, we eliminate chronic unemployment and replace government dependence with the true dignity of work. We will leave behind a modernized, transparent digital front door at City Hall and a vibrant, 24-hour city where freedom truly rings for every resident.
